From full service planning to day of coordination we have the experience and knowledge to execute a flawless event for you! We specialize in weddings, but love when we can help plan corporate events, non-profit galas, retirement parties, birthdays, etc. No event is too small or too big! For non-wedding events please schedule a consultation to go over your event needs and we can create a package that is best for you!
Please note all wedding coordination is now booked under Complete Weddings + Events where Tara and her team can give you all the same expertise as we did through All About You Event Planning & Rentals. Below are our most popular wedding packages and we can customize any package to fit your vision.
Full Service
This package is for the couples/event hosts that are looking for guidance throughout their entire planning process as well as need unlimited time on their event weekend to handle all of the logistics from setup to tear down and everything in between. We can handle every detail of your event with your vision in mind. We often start working with you 12-14 months before the event.
Partial Planning
This package starts about six months prior to your event. It is for those that have most of the planning taken care of but would like assistance with the remaining details. We will be the liaison between you and your vendors and help plan the flow of your event. Making sure you have crossed your T’s and dotted your I’s! This package includes 12 hours of day-of coordination so you can truly sit back and enjoy your event.
Day of Coordination
This is a Month of Coordination package. Ideal for those who have selected all the vendors, invited all the guests, but want someone to execute their event leaving them with a stress-free experience. This package will give you 8 hours of coverage on your event day. However, it will not cover some vendor load-ins or setup & tear down of decorations unless additional time is added. We start working with you about two months prior to the event.
