As a wedding planner, (depending on package) I handle all aspects of your wedding, including vendor coordination, budget management, timeline creation, and overall design and execution of your vision. A venue coordinator typically focuses solely on the venue logistics, such as setup of room, food and beverage service (if on site), and venue-specific details.

Yes! We are happy to provide our services all over the state of KS and have experience with destination weddings. Travel fees will be applicable outside of Manhattan, KS and hotel fees may be added as well.

I will tell you that the average KS wedding is $37,000 and we’ve worked with less and more many times.

Yes, if your event details warrant the need for an assistant. Larger weddings of 200 or more guests I typically do bring an assistant on the day of the wedding to ensure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Yes, I offer planning services for various wedding-related events, including rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, proposals, and more.

Yes, I offer wedding day coordination services to ensure that everything goes according to plan on your special day. This is our Signature package and starts about two months before your wedding day so don’t worry we don’t just show up and magically make it happen that day. :)

It's best to hire a wedding planner as early as possible in the planning process to ensure availability and to benefit from their expertise throughout the entire journey. When looking into full-service planning ideally we want to work with you at least one year before the date. For our Day of Coordination package ideally hiring us 6 months before is best.

To reserve my services, a deposit is required, and the amount varies depending on your specific needs. It's best to reach out as soon as possible to ensure availability for your desired wedding date.

To ensure availability of your items we ask for at least a two months notice of your needs. Last minute orders may incur rush fees.

If you need to adjust your order, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss the changes and any potential impact on pricing or logistics.

We deliver locally to the Manhattan area for free. Anything outside of city limits may incur a delivery fee.

Yes, I provide setup services for equipment and decor to ensure everything looks perfect for your wedding day. Some of our larger inventory includes setup other items may incur an additional fee. If we are setting up all rentals/decor we charge $100/per hour.

In most cases rentals can be picked up Thursday late afternoon or on Fridays. Items are to be returned promptly before noon on Mondays. Pickup arrangements will be discussed and coordinated prior to your event to ensure a smooth process.

You may be responsible for damaged or missing equipment, depending on the circumstances outlined in our contract. We can discuss this in detail during our consultation to ensure clarity and understanding.
